		<description>Cates? Cate - A choice or dainty food; a delicacy. This dictionary entry is marked "Archaic " which means something like "ancient and no longer used". 

I realise that English is not your first language, but what you write has to be understandable. Most native English speakers won't understand 'cates' - just like Chinese people don't understand ancient Chinese.

When you look in your dictionary read the usage notes, too. 

Also, 'skin' would be better than 'peel'. Peel is something we usually pull off to get to the stuff inside - like bananas.

I've also always hated the translation of jiaozi (饺子) as dumplings. They are nothing like dumplings. They are very like moon shaped ravioli, though.</description>
