The rice is the Chinese staple food. I introduce the typical Chinese food to everybody today - Golden Rice. In fact it is fried rice with egg. Because the egg wraps the rice up, the golden ray glimmer, is known as the “Golden Rice”. That’s good-looking and delicious. All right! Introduce the method now.
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup ham, finely chopped
2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 bunches green onions, finely chopped
1/2 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 green cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. First of all, steam the rice until it is done.
2. The egg is broken, put into a big bowl. Put the rice steamed into the egg juice, stir it evenly, make each rice grain stain touch the egg juice.
3. Heat oil in a medium skillet or wok. Stir-fry the ham, onions, carrot, green cucumber and green beans for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the egg juice rice into the skillet or wok. Add the salt and stir-fry rapidly for several minutes until the egg cooked. It’s ok! The golden rice is very captivating, enjoy quickly!
Tips:
1. Wrap rice in the egg juice.
2. Put the rice steamed into the refrigerator and freeze for a moment. Thus the grain of rice will not cling together.

Interesting method….I never thought to mix the rice into the egg mix first (I usually crack the eggs straight into the wok) but will give this method a try :o)
