Ingredients:
4 cups Chinese noodles
100 gram pork tenderloin (or beef tenderloin), minced
1 cup bean paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 (1/4 inch) piece fresh ginger root, minced
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/3 cucumber, julienned
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. In a separate skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Cook and stir the pork tenderloin (or beef tenderloin) minced in oil until cooked. Add the bean paste, the garlic ,the green onions, ginger, salt and sugar, then cook and stir for 1 minute. Add appropriate water boil for 10 minutes. Transfer to a separate dish, and set aside.
2. Boil Chinese noodles until just cooked. Drain in a colander and place on dish or in bowl. Add the cooked meat bean paste on the noodles, add julienned carrot and cucumber aside.
