I don't think Rich could find such arround, perhaps start from Taichi, a slow but powerful combo of interrnal and external/physical kungfu. you can't jugde a book by its cover, you can judge a person by ones appearence, and certainly can't under estimate the force within, Qi takes many years of trainning and does'nt come about in an instance, everyone has Qi in us but we just don't know how to apply our strength within. Qi is a way, an art and in harmony with nature</description>
