Ectomorphs have more type II?

Ectomorphs have more type I if anything
like long distance runners

Endomorphs have more type II like strongmen
competitors.

Mesomorphs have many type II also but
don't have to worry about fat gain like
Endomorphs and all types can be Bodybuilders.

That is normal, I am not surprised. Since always, the ectomorphs have more fibers of type II that the body-builder. An ectomorph can be very powerful and very fast without being massive.Look at my vidéos on youtube ' ' giantguy666' '.

"Hit out the heavy fist of 350 pounds" must be inaccurate since the average boxer can deliver 600-700 pounds of pressure in a punch and a gung fu man can deliver about the same if not more. Of your entire list, which is quite descent, you forget that sometime in the 60's Bruce demonstrated in Hong Kong at an exhibition the use of ONE single arm to curl 80 pounds for 8 repetitions. Also that he could at the late stage of his life curl between 100-115 pounds in a single arm, and this was documented in photograph at BlackBelt magazine office. Body builders cannot do that at all, and pro weight lifter would struggle for that if they even could. That figure is near superhuman with the exclusion of his body weight at the time as 124 pounds. He also can lift his waist 6 feet in the air by leaping, and this is heavily on parr with Olympic athletes using drugs. Furthermore, you forget his 2 finger push ups (perhaps because that one is common knowledge), his ability to do approximately 50 ONE ARMED pull ups, and his average warm up would include bench pressing 225 pounds (two plates) for 8 reps. Bruce was no actor, he was just good at it. I don't know any actors that can do ten percent of that stuff, as there are barely any athletes on this level.
