		<description>I think they accept non Chinese. Maybe you've never come to China. In fact a lot of foreigners who do not know Chinese travel in China. Chinese people are very friendly. If you come across difficulties in China, many Chinese will help you. Of course learning some 	basic Chinese is very necessary. I recommend a website to you.
